Garmin electronics will be the standard equipment on all Regulator boats

A unit of Garmin Ltd, Garmin International, made an announcement today that Regulator Marine has selected Garmin to be its leading electronics supplier for outfitting its full line of offshore sport fishing hub console boats beginning the model year 2020. Garmin electronics will be the standard equipment on all Regulator boats which range from 23 – 41 feet, inclusive of the new Regulator 26XO center console crossover, the firms announced at its yearly dealer meeting, July 23-25.

The Vice President of Garmin’s global consumer sales, Dan Bartel stated that it is truly an honor for knowing that every new Regulator boat leaving the factory will be including Garmin electronics. Garmin & Regulator share a passion for designing & engineering products without any compromise, and we are confident that having our award-winning electronics onboard will be meeting & exceeding the needs of the Regulator customer.

The award-winning GPSMAP 8600 Chartplotter series will be factory-installed by Regulator, offering display sizes ranging from 12 – 17 inches, with models 28’ & over offering dual 16 or 17-inch displays. Built for mariners who have the demand of ease-of-use, high performance, and feature integration, the GPSMAP 8600 series will be offering premium features such as built-in sonar, preloaded BlueChart g3 cartography with Navionics data, full network capabilities, IPS touchscreen displays and more. Every boat will come standard with a Garmin VHF marine radio.
